Welcome to ArkToolz ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.

ArkToolz provides a suite of pure-frontend online file processing tools including, but not limited to, image processing, PDF processing, text processing, and audio/video processing. Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, free of charge.
2. License to Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, limited license to use the Service for lawful purposes subject to these terms. You may not build derivative products based on the Service or reverse-engineer it.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you upload into the browser for processing. You warrant that you have lawful rights to process such content, that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other legitimate rights, and that it complies with applicable laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
5. Accuracy of Processing
While we strive for accurate tool output, results may deviate due to browser differences, file format complexity, and other technical factors. Always retain backups and verify important results on your own.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Applicable Law
The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
